STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Youth Sports Development/Strength & Conditioning will be offered Monday – Friday, with the option to choose from one of two sessions; 5pm-6pm or 6pm-7pm.
Adult Circuit Training will be offered Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, with the option to choose from one of two sessions; 7pm-7:30pm or 7:30-8pm.
Adult Aerobics Kickboxing will be offered Tuesday & Thursday from 7pm-8pm.
Adult Boot Camp will be offered Saturday from 8am – 9am.

Membership:
$50 per month = Unlimited classes for 1 participant; additional family members within the same household (ex: athletes/parents) add $25 per person, per month.
$7 session passes; must be purchased in increments of 5 sessions. Sessions expire after 2 months.
All memberships include online profile tracking of fitness development, free monthly fitness test, and nutrition counseling sessions.
$10 for drop in sessions; drop in sessions are not considered a membership.
Registration is required for all participants.
