EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Players are responsible for providing the following equipment: baseball glove, cleats, helmet, bat, water bottle

Westland baseball will provide players with a Jersey, hat, and pants.

Season Information:
Practices will begin (Spring) April – – (Fall) August

Senior division (age 15-18) will start in June, after the High School season is complete

Wiffle Ball will  run for 6 weeks.

Home games and practice will be held at Westland Jaycee Park, Rotary Park, Voss Park, Wayne Forest Park and other local fields pending availability. There will be some travel to other local cities in order to provide more competitive opportunities for our athletes.

Games and practices are typically twice a week and will be scheduled Monday thru Saturday.
Once rosters are complete, your coach will contact you regarding practice times and locations.
Game times and locations will be communicated using our team app.

We are a 100% volunteer organization, and we are always looking for coaches to help mentor our youth. If you are interested, please reach out via email.

In order to keep cost down we will do fundraisers throughout the year; more information will be
provided at the beginning of the season. We ask that all families participate as much as possible.
